Are you new to Darby Creek?
Below you will find some answers to frequently asked questions. If you have additional questions, please contact admin@darbycreeknaz.org or reach out to one of our pastors.

  • What is it like?
When you come to Darby Creek you will find a welcoming, relaxing family. We do not use the word family lightly - when you come to Darby Creek, you become part of the family! And families love each other, encourage each other, support each other, and learn together. That's exactly what you'll find at Darby Creek!

  • What about my kids?
We believe that children are an important part of the family and we want them to be full participants in our family life! During our Sunday morning worship gathering we have nursery care for infants through age 3. Children 4 and up we invite them to worship with their parents as active participants in the life of our church. We have a family room available in the back of our sanctuary if families need that - it is open at any point for anyone that has a need to step out and you won't miss the service - you will still be able to participate in what is going on!
We have age-appropriate classes for our children that meet on Sunday nights at 6:00 pm and we have Children's Bible Quizzing that meets on Wednesday nights at 7:00 pm.

  • What do I wear?
We have a very relaxed atmosphere here at Darby Creek so you are welcome to wear whatever makes you feel most comfortable. Some of our people attend in dresses, skirts, shirts and ties; others are in their jeans and t-shirts, sweatshirts, game-day wear ;)

  • How can I get connected?
There are many ways to get connected at Darby Creek and many ways to serve. If you have more questions, feel free to ask one of our Welcome Team members or speak to one of our pastors after service!  You can also send our lead pastor, Pastor Serena an email to get your questions answered ahead of time!
